Our Mission
Our mission is to advance flavor science to create better foods and improve quality of life. We develop next-generation approaches that integrate analytical and reaction chemistry, sensory science, data science, and related disciplines to accelerate flavor research and discovery. Through rigorous, ethical, and collaborative science, we want to move the field forward while training the next generation of flavor chemists.
